HOW ARE THE ORDERS SHIPPED?

• Orders are shipped out of San Diego, California.
• Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service - USPS. Not UPS
• Most orders are shipped FIRST CLASS PARCEL (1-2 Jewel Cases), which generally takes 5-7 business days, according to the post office.
• Boxed items that don't qualify for First Class Parcel are shipped Parcel Post. These can take up to 8-10 business days from time shipped.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Your order is generally processed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt (or within 24 hours of credit card verification), according to the day and time ordered. Once in a while we have trouble accessing an order on the cart, or getting a credit card to go through. That will delay your processing time, usually no more than 24 hours.

First Class Parcel (1-2 Jewel Cases) 5-7 business days
Parcel Post (All Boxed Items) 8-10 business days

General Shipping Schedule:
Orders are usually shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Late Spring/Summer: Orders are shipped Tuesday and Friday.
Holidays: Processing & Shipping shifts down one day.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all shipments to California.

SHIPPING CHARGES

ZERO Shipping
If your order generates a "ZERO" for your shipping amount, you will be notified of the exact shipping amount that will be charged. A zero amount means the number or combination of products ordered did not fit our shipping formula.

Overly High Shipping
Our shipping formula isn't perfect, and on rare occassions, when multiple items are ordered that include jewel cases and boxed items, instead of generating a "zero" amount, it may generate what seems an outrageous amount. We always watch for that, and your shipping will be automatically adjusted. If the office doesn't catch it before processing, the shipping department will, and a credit will be issued to your credit card.

General Shipping Charges:

Sale items are not returnable. As-is items are not returnable. All Sales Are Final on opened software. Due to copyright law, software is not returnable and is not sold on a trial basis. Read the descriptions provided carefully and make sure the system requirements can be met by your equipment. For installation problems, and software support, contact the publisher as printed on your software insert, or found on the CD itself. We are only resellers of the software, not the publishers. We do not do software support. Opened software is not returnable. Defective software will be replaced, not refunded. All returns for any reason require a return authorization number (RA). See your invoice for instructions. No returns after 30 days under any circumstances. Regarding refunds: When a refund is authorized, only the purchase price of the product will be refunded. The shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. In some cases, a $2.50 restocking fee will be charged.
